The S Series – Type 4 & 4X, Single & Double Door Wall Mount enclosure will provide protection against electrical equipment that may be hosed down, is consistently exposed to water.
S-Series Type 4 & 4X enclosures are intended for non-corrosive environments. If you are looking for an enclosure to house instruments, electrical control enclosures, terminal wiring boxes, or electrical junction boxes, this is the enclosure you are looking for. This enclosure will provide protection against electrical equipment that may be hosed down, is consistently exposed to water or other wet liquids, or may be outdoors.
| Material: | Enclosure and doors are made of 14 or 16 gauge carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316L stainless steel with seams that are contiouously welded and ground smooth. |

| Finish: | The enclosure has a textured ANSI 61 gray finish. 4X models have a #4 brushed finish. |
| Configuration: | Single & double door (Type 12 & Type 4) configurations with external screw clamps. 3 point latch can be ordered as standard on single door S Series enclosures 24" height or greater |
| Accessories: | Optional accessories include a MPL (carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum), window kits, climate control (fans, louvers, or a/c unit), dead front kits, leg stand kits, and lighting kits. |
