The Foam in Place Gasket has a superior adhesion quality to many kinds of substrates, and with no seams, or joints to leak, our products have a continous bead that provides the ultimate enclosure coverage.

Foam-in-place gasket (thixotropic) is a two component modified polyurethane resin that serves as the ultimate gasket for various enclosures, including UL Type 12, 4, and 4X.

Foam in place gasket is dispense via automation. A machine applies gasket beads with perfect accuracy. This process compensates for enclosure surfaces that may be off slightly. The machine provides a very reliable gasket seal. Gaskets can be applied on enclosure flanges as narrow as 0.50 mm, allowing more space for controls components.
