    Enclosure Cooling Made Simple

At Steeline Enclosure Solutions, we offer a multitude of climate control options for steel enclosures. If you are looking for a solution for applications that call for effective, energy-efficient cooling and heating, look no further than Steeline Enclosures.

Climate control steel enclosures from Steeline are perfect for the food industry, energy, textiles, wastewater, and even golf courses. Our in-house team of engineers and fabricators are highly-qualified in creating electrical enclosure solutions to fit the needs of all of our clients. Whether you are battling the warm summer months or barring down the hatches for the cool winter spell, electrical enclosures need to be cooled as internal components continually radiate heat. Because of this, if internal components are not controlled, overheating within the steel enclosure will drastically reduce the lifespan of the equipment that lies inside.

Steeline’s Type 4 and 4X enclosures are designed to keep equipment and personnel safe in settings that are either indoor or outdoor. These enclosures are well-suited for wet or damp environments, or environments that are susceptible to dust, dirt, or debris. These types of enclosures provide excellent corrosion resistance without the need for reinforcement or surface treatment.

It can be quite overwhelming when choosing which electrical enclosure best suits your application, but we’re here to help. With hundreds of resources, part numbers, customizations and more, it can seem that choosing just the right enclosure may be like finding a needle in a haystack.

When your application requires a slightly more customized enclosure, we can make modifications to products within the base line. We call this our Modified Standard Enclosures Program. While this route is more expensive than choosing a standard product, it still enables us to keep operations/materials costs down and deliver you an affordable solution. This involves taking a standard product and adding any slight modifications you may need (cutouts, holes, paint, other accessories) to tailor it more to your company’s electrical enclosure specifications.
